This tutorial credit to Victor Deno. This course straight forward process modelling turret. Improving my hard surface knowledge with using Bevel modifiers. It starts modelling with stud turret for footing.
This stage I'm learning how important mirror modifier apply to stud turret.
Continue modelling for turret base with rotator. The base is main core connected between stud and the others component.
Next modelling the turret leg connect to the base.
This section using Nurbs curve line to be modeling cable connect to power supply.
Modelling the support to connected between barrels and base turret.
Final modelling is the turret barrels. Complete modelling stage.
Next chapter is baking texture for standard procedural texture to create realistic texture. Preview above is baked texture for ambient occlusions passes.
